Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or using any phyata service — including browsing the game lobby without wagering — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if already registered, contact phyata support to close your account.
Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. phyata will notify registered Players of material changes via email or in-platform notification no less than 7 calendar days before changes take effect.
These Terms are supplemented by phyata's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
Eligibility
To register and maintain an account on phyata, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with Philippine law governing participation in gambling and gaming activities.
- You must be a resident of the Republic of the Philippines or otherwise permitted by applicable law to access online gaming services provided by PAGCOR-licensed operators.
- You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by phyata or by PAGCOR.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of phyata or any of its affiliated service providers, game studios, or payment partners.
- You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
- You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or transacting on the Platform.
Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or using phyata. phyata actively verifies player age during the KYC process. Any account found to be held by an underage individual will be immediately closed, all balances will be forfeited without right of withdrawal, and the matter may be reported to PAGCOR as required by regulation.
phyata reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account pending verification. Providing false information to establish or maintain eligibility is a material breach of these Terms.
Account Registration & KYC
Each Player may hold only one registered account on the phyata Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or through the use of other persons' details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including:
- Your full legal name (as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID)
- Your registered mobile number (Philippine number in +63 or 09XX format)
- A valid and accessible email address
- Your date of birth
- Your residential address in the Philippines
phyata is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity and age of all players prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Acceptable KYC documents include any valid Philippine government-issued photo identification, including but not limited to: PhilSys National ID, UMID card, Passport, Driver's License, PRC ID, SSS/GSIS ID, or Voter's ID.
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges. phyata will not return deposits to an unverified account under any circumstances where fraud or identity concern is present.
Practical Advice: Complete your KYC verification immediately after registration — do not wait until you have a winning balance to withdraw. The process typically takes under 24 hours once a valid document is submitted.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes — and for all activity that occurs under your account.
phyata strongly recommends enabling 2FA, which is available to all registered Players from the Account Security settings. phyata will never ask you to share your password, OTP, or 2FA code through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS.
You must notify phyata immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. phyata will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon verification of your identity, but accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
Sharing your phyata account with any other person, allowing any other person to access or operate your account, or transferring account ownership to any third party is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Deposits
phyata accepts deposits denominated in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank transfer, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ over-the-counter payment.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to your account's verification status and applicable regulatory limits.
GCash and Maya deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfers may take 15 to 30 minutes during banking hours. Over-the-counter deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect, depending on the payment processor.
All deposits must originate from a payment account or bank account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — regardless of the relationship — are prohibited and will be refunded. Repeated attempts to deposit from third-party accounts may result in account suspension.
phyata does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own service fees, which are outside phyata's control. phyata is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified Players from the Cashier section of the Platform. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and Maya. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes for GCash and Maya, subject to phyata's fraud and compliance review process.
All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Your KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own verified name. phyata will not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.
- Any active bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements must be considered — bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
- phyata reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal it deems to warrant enhanced due diligence, particularly for large or unusual withdrawals.
phyata reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Winnings derived from fraudulent activity, multiple accounts, or exploitation of technical errors are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited.
Bonuses & Promotions
phyata offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible registered Players. All promotions are subject to specific Terms that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer.
General bonus conditions applicable to all phyata promotions unless stated otherwise:
- Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
- Each bonus may be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless the promotion expressly states otherwise.
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
- phyata reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or exploitation of promotional terms is detected.
- Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus balance will be removed from your account upon expiry.
- phyata reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring any bonus already credited to a Player's account at the time of cancellation.
Game Rules & Fairness
All games available on the phyata Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that produce statistically random and unpredictable outcomes for every game round. Game results cannot be influenced, predicted, or manipulated by phyata, by the Player, or by any third party.
Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over millions of game rounds and represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed returns on any individual session, spin, or game round. Short-term results will vary significantly from published RTPs.
In the event of a technical error — including but not limited to display errors, software malfunctions, connectivity failures, or incorrect game outcome displays — phyata reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. Winnings resulting from manifest technical errors are not valid and will not be paid out.
Game Records: phyata maintains comprehensive records of all game rounds. In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, phyata's server-side records shall be the authoritative record, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 15.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phyata Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances without right of appeal:
- Registering more than one account or assisting any other person in registering multiple accounts
- Using false, misleading, or another person's identity or contact details during registration or KYC
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage
- Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or technical glitches to generate or attempt to generate winnings
- Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game
- Abusing bonus offers, including multi-accounting for bonus collection, low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear bonuses without genuine gameplay intent, and any other exploitation of promotional terms
- Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward phyata support staff or other Players
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any phyata software or game
Account Suspension & Termination
phyata reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft
- Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request
- Failure to satisfy ongoing eligibility requirements
- Player request for self-exclusion or account closure
Upon termination for breach, phyata is entitled to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance, where permitted by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations. Where termination is not for breach, phyata will return your verified Real Money Balance via your registered payment method within a reasonable period.
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting phyata support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. A self-exclusion period of up to 5 years may be applied at the Player's request.
Responsible Gaming
phyata is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered phyata Players from the Account dashboard:
- Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits
- Session time reminders — receive alerts after defined periods of continuous gameplay
- Reality check notifications — periodic pop-up summaries of session spend and duration
- Auto-spin loss limits — stop auto-spin features when a defined loss threshold is reached
- Cooling-off period — temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 6 weeks
- Self-exclusion — permanent or time-limited account closure for responsible gaming reasons

phyata complies with all PAGCOR requirements regarding the promotion of responsible gaming, including age verification protocols and self-exclusion registration obligations. Players who self-exclude from phyata cannot re-register during the active exclusion period.
Intellectual Property
All content on the phyata Platform — including but not limited to software, game logic, visual designs, logos, text, graphics, audio, video, and database architecture — is the property of phyata or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.
By accessing the Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform
- Modify, create derivative works, or reverse-engineer any Platform software
- Use phyata's name, logo, or branding for any commercial purpose without written consent
- Frame, scrape, or mirror the Platform on any other website or application
Any unauthorized use of phyata's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action under applicable Philippine and international law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phyata's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your phyata account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phyata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or emotional distress — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether phyata was advised of the possibility of such damages.
phyata makes no warranty that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful code. phyata is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or security of any third-party website accessible via links on the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits phyata's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or in any other circumstance where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding phyata's services, game outcomes, withdrawal processing, or any other matter, you should follow the dispute resolution process below:
- Step 1 — Contact phyata Support: Submit your complaint via live chat or email to [email protected], providing a clear description of the issue, relevant dates, game round IDs, and transaction reference numbers where applicable. phyata will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
- Step 2 — Escalation Review: If you are unsatisfied with the initial response, request escalation to phyata's Compliance Team. The Compliance Team will conduct a full review and respond within 10 business days.
- Step 3 — PAGCOR Escalation: If the matter remains unresolved after completing phyata's internal process, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR as the regulatory authority governing phyata's operations. PAGCOR's complaint procedures are available through their official channels.
In all dispute proceedings, phyata's server-side game records, transaction logs, and communication records shall constitute the primary evidence of events. Players are encouraged to retain screenshots of any disputed transactions or game outcomes to support their complaint.
Amendments
phyata reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments — including changes to eligibility criteria, withdrawal conditions, or fee structures — will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.
Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of a provision, or formatting changes — may be made immediately and without prior notice.
The version of the Terms published on the Platform at any given time shall be the current operative version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent substantive amendment. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically to remain aware of any changes.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 15, subject to phyata's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
phyata's online gaming activities are conducted under the authority and oversight of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). phyata's operations comply with all applicable Philippine laws governing online gaming, including but not limited to the applicable PAGCOR regulations and the Republic Act No. 9487 as relevant.
